West End Dining Renovation

Description: The project will modernize the existing dining hall to better meet operational needs, improve food safety and the student dining experience, and maintain seating capacity while dining operations continue during phased work. It includes limited kitchen and back-of-house reconfiguration to improve production and workflows, as well as evaluating a separate area for allergen food preparation. Existing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems will be coordinated without a full replacement, while the project also considers targeted controls upgrades, better circulation, and a separate retail dining option with extended hours.
