Description: Ramsey County’s Workforce Solutions Department seeks proposals from qualified youth employment providers. The selected provider would help eligible youth and young adults access employment, education and training, and related support services. The work is intended to improve labor-market outcomes and includes career counseling, placement, training, employer outreach, and program reporting.
