Tyson Events Center Chiller Upgrades Project

Description: The City of Sioux City is seeking bids to rebuild in place one existing water-cooled chiller at the Tyson Events Center. The existing compressor motor is to be rebuilt using the manufacturer's approved process, with the other instrumentation and parts recalibrated to manufacturer specifications. The solicitation includes an alternate for replacing the condenser and primary pumps and another for a new two-year service agreement.
