Description: DESIGN BUILD: construction of a new Water Pollution Control Facility on the BGJWSC's property, offsite effluent discharge piping extension to the receiving water, extension of approx. 2,000 LF of gravity sewer to the proposed plant site, and connection of existing upstream force mains to the gravity sewer system that feeds the plant site. The Project will include the planning, evaluation, design, construction, commissioning, and startup necessary to place the Project in full operation according to contract requirements.
