Description: Qualified consultants to support the development of an overarching, county-wide planning framework to provide context and sideboards: to support the development of an overarching, county-wide planning framework; to provide context and sideboards to support the development of a district-level planning framework; to apply these frameworks to the development of a district-level management plan for the Peak to Peak District, the pilot area for Boulder County’s proposed transition from site-level to landscape-scale district planning.
