Residential Refuse & Recycling Services
The City of La Crosse is seeking proposals for its residential refuse and recycling collection contract for 2028–2034. Proposals must be submitted to the City Clerk by the stated deadline, and contractors must have bidder proof of responsibility and prequalification on file. Each proposal must include a bid bond or qualifying check for at least 5% of the estimated one-year service cost (minimum $50,000), and the awarded contractor must provide performance security and insurance before January 1, 2028.
