Request for Qualifications: Engineering and Planning Services for Amelia Levee – Bayou Boeuf Project (TE-0192)

Description: The Assumption Parish Police Jury is seeking qualified engineering and planning firms for Phase I of the Amelia Levee–Bayou Boeuf Project (TE-0192). The work will assess hurricane surge, riverine, and rainfall-driven flood risks in the Lake Verret Basin and develop structural and non-structural flood-control alternatives, including levees, pump stations, and conveyance options. The consultant will prepare an implementation roadmap and coordinate with CPRA, USACE, and other stakeholders regarding possible future federal participation.
