Purchasing Card (P-Card) Program and Payment Solutions RFP

Description: The City of Pontiac seeks proposals from qualified financial institutions or payment-solution providers for a Purchasing Card (P-Card) program and related commercial payment services. Proposed solutions may include purchasing and virtual cards, accounts-payable payments, financial-system integration, reporting and analytics, fraud prevention, mobile functionality, customer support, and rebates. The City intends to make one award and is seeking a solution that modernizes program technology, strengthens controls, improves administrative efficiency, and provides overall value.
