Pavement Management Road Inventory for 2027

Description: Boulder County Public Works seeks an independent evaluation of pavement conditions for most of the County’s 382 miles of paved roads, using ASTM D6433. The work includes an on-the-ground inventory, data formatted for the County’s OpenGov Asset Management System and an Esri-based GIS, and photographs of the existing paved road system. The submission deadline is November 19, 2026, at 2:00 p.m.
