The project consists of constructing an approx. 120-foot by 120-foot parking lot and paving approx. 1,040 LF of existing gravel access roadway. The Project consists of but not limited to: Remove and reconstruct bituminous parking lot and drive aisle. Remove and reconstruct bituminous sidewalks. Remove curbing, install new deep curb. Construct concrete ADA compliant curb cuts. Construct concrete ramps and stairs with MAAB handrails. Install new drainage infrastructure and subsurface infiltration chambers. Install electrical handholes and conduits. Site grading, loam and hydroseed, associated site work.
