North Oldham High School Stadium Building Improvements: Phase 2 RFP

Description: This project scope includes the roof replacement of 4 athletics buildings at high school: the fieldhouse roof, the concessions building roof, the press box roof, and the storage building roof. Work will include demolition of the existing asphalt shingle roofs down to the deck and replacing with new standing seam metal roofing. The project scope also involves replacement of athletic lockers in the field house building, new sunshades at the press box, new ceilings, new paint, new drinking fountains, new light fixtures, and new PTAC units.
