GRANT MANAGEMENT CONSULTING SERVICES
This is a procurement for grant-management consulting services, not a grant application round: the Jersey City Municipal Utilities Authority seeks a consultant to identify and manage federal, state, county, and private funding opportunities aligned with its capital improvement plan, consent-decree schedule, and lead-service-line replacement program. The work includes maintaining a funding calendar, preparing benefit-cost and life-cycle-cost analyses and affordability materials, and reconciling grant reports with the Authority’s consent-decree progress and lead-service-line inventory reports. The one-year engagement requires audit-ready grant files, an initial grant-readiness assessment within 60 days, and a draft grants-management policy and written procedures.
