The scope of work shall include, but not necessarily be limited to: acquiring a building permit; establishing containment barriers; implementing the catch-all system; gently remove the heating cables; removing existing roofing material; conducting an inspection of the roof decking; re-fastening the roof decking as needed; replacing the roof decking as necessary along with h-clips; replacing the roof/chimney flashing as necessary and installing cricket; installing grace ice and water barrier along the eaves, extending a minimum of 6 feet, in all valleys and around all roof penetrations; applying titanium vapor barrier over the remaining exposed roof decking; installing aluminum drip edge along the perimeter of the roof surface (color to be determined); installing starter shingles along the eaves of the roof sections; installing roof boots as required; installing sure vent along the ridge line; installing cap shingles over all sure vent installations; checking heating cables and replacing as needed; ensuring the proper disposal of all debris; ensuring skylights are watertight and flashing as needed; replacement of up to fifteen 4' by 8' pieces of plywood as part of estimate price. Should the need arise to replace more, this will be at an additional $80 per piece of plywood. Finalizing the building permit.
