Dilution Refrigerator for Superconducting Quantum Experiments

Description: The University of Toronto Department of Physics intends to purchase one cryogen-free dilution refrigerator for superconducting quantum-device research. The system should support experiments on superconducting qubits, microwave resonators and related quantum circuits requiring reliable millikelvin operation, high-density microwave and Direct Current (DC) wiring, low vibration, and frequent experimental reconfiguration. Large experimental space and efficient thermal cycling are important because the system will accommodate substantial cryogenic wiring, microwave components, shielding and changing experimental hardware
