LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE PROGRAM (LEP) RFP
NASA is seeking providers to deliver immersive leadership development experiences for emerging and senior leaders through its Leadership Experience Program (LEP), using on-site industry or academic immersions for GS-13/14 Emerging Leaders and GS-15 Senior Leaders. Each awarded provider is expected to host 1–4 participants annually, with up to 48 participants per year, and each immersion must last at least two weeks (70 hours) and may run up to six months. Hosts are expected to provide executive sponsorship, mentorship, active learning, strategic discussions, and exposure to relevant operations; NASA anticipates multiple blanket purchase agreement awards.
