Carmen-Smith Mitigation Fund Administrator (Request for Proposals)

Description: Seeking firms capable of managing mitigation funds for the purpose of implementing aquatic habitat or water quality improvement projects in the river basin. The administrator will identify, manage selection, and distribute funding for selected projects that qualify for mitigation funds. The administrator will also report annually on expenditures, activities, and available balances.
