The purpose of this grant program is to assist municipalities to perform activities identified in this request for responses (RFR) which facilitate the completion of a watershed management plan (WMP) for the purpose of completing: (1) a watershed permit application, or (2) de minimis load application. Each type of application must address solutions to cultural eutrophication caused by nitrogen pollution from wastewater and other sources.
