Key topics of discussion included the importance of prompt disclosure, the feasibility of triaging requests into simple and complex categories, the storage of public records on personal devices, and the impact of these regulations on agency resources. Concerns were raised regarding administrative burdens, particularly for smaller jurisdictions and school districts, as well as the need for clear guidelines to avoid third-party notification delays and to ensure equitable access to records.
